In 2008, we completed a multi-million dollar restoration of this once grand hotel! We replaced all the plumbing and electrical. The National Historic Society liked it so much, they added it to the National Historic Register. You can live where the who’s who of Portland’s Past once stayed! As you can see from the pictures, we spared no expense!
The building comes with many amenities: Bike room, app-based laundry, and periodic renter get togethers in the lounge room.

I graduated from Portland State University with a Business degree in Finance and Law. Shortly after, I began a career in the mortgage industry. This led to an intimate knowledge of lending and investing in real estate.
I've been investing and developing apartment communities since 1998. I try and form residential communities that will appeal to people who prefer the classic look but also want modern day conveniences.
